Chocolate and peanut butter? What could be better? These yummy snacks are satisfying a sweet tooth and give a great energy boost!

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
1 cup peanut butter
6 dates
2 tbsp maple syrup
Dash of salt
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour oats, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds onto a baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Don’t let them burn!

Let cool after the oven.

Blend dates, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt in a food processor.

Pour the oat and seed mix and pulse until blended evenly.

Form the mixture into balls and place on baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Add water to the mixture if it’s too dry!

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave.

Dip the balls in the melted chocolate to your liking.

Place in the fridge and wait until the chocolate has hardened.
