Who doesn’t love pancakes on a Saturday morning? These pancakes are delicious, healthy, and fun for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 egg
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup hemp powder
A splash of hemp oil (or similar)
A pinch of turmeric or cinnamon

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the banana, hemp seeds, hemp powder, and spices.

Add egg and mix.

In a medium saucepan, heat hemp oil and then drop a dollop of batter into the pan.

Cook each side of the pancake until golden brown (about 2 minutes on each side).

Enjoy!
