This hemp chocolate butter will be your new favorite spread, you’ll want to put it on anything and everything and you can! It’s amazingly simple to make, lasts long in the fridge, and the perfect concoction to ease those sweet cravings all while supplying your body with the protein and amino acids it needs.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup of preferred milk

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cacao powder

1.5 tablespoon maple syrup

 Instructions:

Blend the ingredients together and spread it on all your favorite foods, we suggest whole-grain waffles and strawberries!
