No one can say no to a cookie, especially one packed with protein! These quick no-bake cookies are a great way to satisfy any craving and great for moms on-the-go.


3/4 cup of preferred milk

1.5 cup sugar

3/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup preferred butter

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup hemp seeds


Over medium heat, mix together the milk, sugar, coconut oil, and cocoa powder.

Stir occasionally until the mixture is at a simmer.

Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla, butter, rolled oats and hemp seeds.

Take your ideal cookie size and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for 2 hours then enjoy your perfect hemp cookies!
