These muffins taste great with coffee for a quick breakfast or grab one settle any afternoon craving. But unlike lemon poppyseed muffins, these hemp seed muffins won’t show up on a drug test!

Ingredients:

2 cups of whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp arrowroot powder

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp vanilla

3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 tsp hemp seeds

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately.

Combine to create a batter.

Place about ¼ of batter into each liner and bake for 20 minutes.

If you’re feeling fancy, mix milk (or milk alternative) and powdered sugar together for the perfect glaze.
