Pudding is a perfect choice for kids! Sweet and yummy, this pudding will keep your kids full, happy, and healthy.

Ingredients :

2 bananas
2 cups of your choice of berry
2 tbsp hemp milk
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix bananas, berries, and hemp milk in a food processor.

Add the hemp and chia seeds and a dash of cinnamon! Pulse to mix them in.

Pour into a few dishes or cups and let sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Enjoy!
