1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/4-inch thick strips (any meat substitute should work!)
2 large eggs, whisked
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In one bowl mix all dry ingredients, in a separate bowl whisk the eggs.
Place the chicken strip in the egg mixture until fully coated, then gently toss in dry mixture. For maximum crisp dip, the chicken back in the egg mixture then dry mixture.
After place the strip onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining chicken, then bake for 15-20 minutes flipping them halfway.
