This questions comes up a lot. There are usually some "what if's" and misconceptions about Hemp derived CBD products and, because of it's close relation to marijuana, sometimes carries the stigma of being a "drug". So it's easy to see why a lot of people, especially ones who are trying CBD for the first time, are concerned about the amount of CBD they should take and how it might affect them.
First and foremost, hemp derived CBD will not get you "high" there is so little THC (less thank .3%) that there will be no psychoactive effect on the human body. CBD will not impair your mental state regardless of how much you take (although we suggest you take that with a grain of salt - we don't recommend you chug a whole tincture bottle). Even so, there are many medical study's that support the claim that CBD is non-toxic, and no fatal overdoses have been known to occur. That being said, it is a supplement, and you should always seek medical consultation before use.
The truth is, CBD effect's everybody differently. The best way to find out how much you should take and how it will affect you is to start small and see how your body reacts. Remember that consistency is key, if you start with a small dose twice a day and aren't feeling much, up your dosage and measure the affect accordingly.
