1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup evo hemp protein
1/2 cup red cacao powder
1-2 Tbsp honey for sweetness
Topping: unsweetened chocolate
1. Whisk everything together and pour batter into a small lined/greased baking dish or bread loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 F for about 25 minutes. Let cool before adding topping.
- Melt chocolate and pour over uncut brownies. Allow chocolate to harden.
*I left my brownies out in room temp for about 3 hours so the chocolate wouldn’t get rock hard, but you can place them in the fridge to speed up the process.
*Store in fridge after slicing into squares.
