Oat Hemp Wraps with Sweet or Savory Toppings
Making your own wraps at home is easier than you think. I've created this healthy wrap recipe at home the other day and it turned out so delicious.
The best part is that you can control the exact ingredients that go in the recipe. I've added one of my fav ingredients Evo Hemp Hearts to boost the nutritional value! Hemp hearts are a vegan source of complete protein and are also packed with vitamins, minerals, and omega 3's and 6's.
1 3/4 cup sprouted oats
1/4 cup Evo Hemp Hearts
1 tiny scoop of Evo Hemp crystals (optional but recommended)
1/4 cup coconut yogurt or any plant based yogurt
2 tbsp Tapioca flour
1 3/4 cup plant milk of choice (I've used unsweetened oat milk)
Salt and pepper to taste!
Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend 1 to 2 minutes (depending on the blender)! Keep checking on the consistency! You don't want to over blend these!
In a pan add a tiny bit of Evo Hemp oil or if your pan is non stick it should work without oil too. Pour in the pan as much as you need to cover the whole pan! Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side!
Enjoy with your favorite toppings! Sweet or savory both ways are very scrumptious!
