I call this Hemp Health Bread. Why? I incorporated evo hemp Protein (AKA: hemp flour)! Hemp may help reduce inflammation in the body due to the omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 cup of evo hemp Protein Powder
• Optional seasoning to taste

Instructions

1. First, add fire cider and baking soda to a large bowl and let fizz.

2. Add eggs and beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute

3. Add evo hemp Protein and beat another minute

4. Next, add cashew butter and continue mixing for about 2-3 minutes.

5. Line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into pan. Option to top with sliced figs, nuts, or leave as is.

6. Bake at 350 F. for about 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
