Cauliflower Steaks

This vegan steak certainly satisfied that hearty craving and the flavors were just right using minimal ingredients. Full of healthy fats and protein from the hemp seeds.


• 1 head of cauliflower makes about 3 “steaks”s
• Tabasco sauce
• Pesto (2 cups mixed greens, 1/2 cup evo hemp Hearts, salt)


1. Steam cauliflower until tender then transfer to a high speed blender (don’t add water) and pureed with ghee, garlic, and bone broth until smooth. After blending, option to add salmon or any other seafood (clams, shrimp, etc.) or leave as is.

2. Using a blender puree greens and hemp hearts, then add salt to taste.

3. Serve Cauliflower Steaks with pesto and extra sauce hot sauce is desired.
