CBD Peanut Butter Cups

Introduction

Anyone made a homemade Reese’s but the inside was too runny? Or perhaps the filling settles to the bottom? Well I’ve got the perfect TRICK (or treat?) to accomplish a no mess, non-runny, non-sinkable version that’s also nut and virtually sugar free (not even 1/2 gram of sugar in each). Say hello to your new favorite Halloween treat that are healthy enough to eat all year long!

Ingredients

evo hemp Milk Chocolate
• 2 scoops evo hemp Protein
• 2 scoops evo hemp CBD Crystals
• 2 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
• 2-3 Tbsp water

Instructions

1. Prepare Chocolate Base

Place evo hemp Milk Chocolate at the bottom of each cupcake liner and set aside.

2. Mix Filling

  • In a bowl, combine the evo hemp Protein and evo hemp CBD Crystals.
  • Add the sunflower seed butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Gradually add 2 Tbsp of water, mixing until it reaches a "play dough" texture. Add more water if needed.

4. Form Filling

  • Roll the mixture into mini "coins" and place each inside the prepared cupcake liners.

5. Top with Chocolate

6. Microwave

Place 3 at a time on a small place then microwave for 1 minute. If chocolate is not fully melted, microwave for another 30 seconds.

7. Harden

Place in freezer for about 5 – 10 minutes or until the chocoalte has hardened and enjoy.

  • Cook Time: Approximately 15-20 minutes
  • Additional Time: 5-10 minutes (freezing time to harden the chocolate)
