Hemp Burger Buns

Hemp Burger Buns

Introduction

I wanted to create a fun bun (no pun intended) and I just knew there was a way to use some of my go-to baking proteins, hemp…. add some eggs and baking soda and we got ’em!

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 cup of evo hemp Protein Powder
• Optional seasoning to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Whisk the Eggs

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well beaten.

3. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder and evo hemp protein powder. If you are using any optional seasoning, add it to the dry ingredients as well.

4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the whisked eggs, mixing until fully incorporated. The batter will be sticky.

5. Shape the Buns

Divide the batter into 3 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball.

6. Prepare the Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the batter balls onto the prepared sheet, spacing them evenly.
