Introduction

Blueberry Lemon Pistachio Pound Cake made WITHOUT FLOUR, SUGAR, OR GRAINS! I got tired of making the typical “banana” “chocolate chip” “chocolate” breads….So I went for it! Perfect for Mardi Gras and St. Patrick’s Day, or or if you just want a new bread recipe!

Ingredients

• 14 eggs
• 1 cup of evo hemp Protein
• 1/2 cup of evo hemp Hearts 
• Juice from 1 lemon
• Wild blueberries
• Crushed pistachios

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly.
  • Add the evo hemp protein, evo hemp hearts, and lemon juice to the eggs. Mix until well combined.

3. Prepare the Pan:

  • Pour the batter into a greased or lined bread pan.

4. Add Toppings:

  • Sprinkle the wild blueberries and crushed pistachios generously on top of the batter.

5. Bake:
