Instructions

For the Crust:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, hemp hearts, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.

For the Filling:

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, hemp oil, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, salt and CBD oil until well combined.

2. Gradually add the plant milk and coconut cream, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-baked crust, spreading it evenly.

4. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

6. Once the pie has cooled, you can refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight.

7. Slice and serve your Hemp-Infused Pumpkin Pie with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of hemp hearts for an extra touch of goodness.
