• 1/2 cup water.
• Onion salt to taste
Wing Sauce:
tomato sauce
Franks hot sauce


1. Use a blender to puree ranch ingredients.

2. Mix wing sauce ingredients together.

3. Place frozen gnocchi in an air fryer (oven can also be used but they will take longer to bake) and set to 375 F and bake for 15 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes.

4. Toss crispy gnocchi in wing sauce and serve with vegan ranch dip.
