Grain & Nut Free Brownies with a Special Veggie Frosting

Embark on a journey of wholesome indulgence with these 3-Ingredient Hemp Brownie Bites, offering a harmonious blend of rich chocolate flavor and the nutritional benefits of hemp seeds. Crafted with just three simple ingredients - bananas, cocoa powder, and evo hemp Hearts - these brownie bites deliver a decadent treat with minimal effort. The natural sweetness of bananas provides a soft, chewy texture, while cocoa powder imparts deep chocolatey richness. Nutrient-rich hemp seeds add a delightful nutty crunch and a boost of omega-3 fatty acids and protein.

Brownie Ingredients

• 2 large ripe bananas
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 cup evo hemp Protein
• 2 scoops collagen peptides
• 1/4 cup cassava flour 
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder


1. Beat with an electric or stand mixer eggs and baking soda until peaks form.

2. Add remaining ingredients and continue beating until well mixed.

3. Grease a small pan with oil or line with parchment paper and transfer batter into pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes and allow to completely cool before frosting (frosting recipe below)

Frosting Ingredients

• 1/2 head cauliflower
• 1/4 cup coconut butter, measure melted
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 baby beet
• 1-3 Tbsp honey to taste
• 2 scoops gelatin 


1. Steam cauliflower until tender.

2. While cauliflower is still hot, puree in blender (do not add any liquid) then add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth. Refrigerate to chill then frost desired brownies, cake, or eat as is.
